Rose Gin & Tonic
Ingredients: Gin - 1/4 oz Tonic Water Rosewater - 4 sprays Cucumber - 4 slices Lime slice or wedge
Method: Fill a rocks glass with ice; add cucumber slices and gin. Top with tonic water. Add 4 sprays of rosewater on top, and garnish with lime
A cool spin on the classic gin & tonic. The cucumber adds a refreshing nod to this popular cocktail, and the scent of rose is inviting.
Old Fashioned Indian Cocktail
Ingredients: Woodford Bourbon - 2 oz Spiced Syrup - 1/2 oz (ingredients for syrup are below) Asst'd Bitters - 2 dashes Orange Peel Star Anise Cinnamon Stick
Method: Prepare spiced syrup by mixing the following: Hot water - 4 cups White sugar - 3 cups Brown sugar - 1 1/2 cups Cloves - 1 Tbsp Anise - 1 Tbsp Cinnamon sticks - 4 Allow the mixture to sit for 30 mins, then strain and bottle for use when needed.
Once your spiced syrup is ready along with the other ingredients, mix bourbon, syrup and bitters over ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a king cube. Add the orange peel, star anise and cinnamon.
Ingredients: Baileys - 1 oz Dark Rum - 1/2 oz Chilled Masala Chai - 3 oz Cinnamon Stick
Method: Pour ingredients into shaker and shake over ice. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
